FAQ
Transport is included within 15km of Christchurch CBD. Additional transport charges apply for locations outside this area.
Setup usually takes up to 30 minutes. We’ll arrive approximately 1 hour before your booking time to ensure everything is ready, and pack down once your booking ends.
Our 360 booth measures approximately 100cm and can fit up to 4 people.
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This allows us to reserve your date exclusively for you. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we will always do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Please note that in the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to hold and reserve your date. However, if Passion Studios is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
We provide themed props tailored to your event, along with custom wording signs and printed logo props to match your theme or branding.
